RASPBERRY FIZZ

Our Raspberry Fizz is a wonderful fruit based gin cocktail, topped with prosecco. It's absolutely delcious and can easily be made using just a few simple ingredients.

A spirits measure, a muddler and a cocktail shaker.

WHAT INGREDIENTS WILL I NEED TO MAKE A RASPBERRY FIZZ?

To make this iconic gin cocktail, you'll need some gin (obviously!), fresh raspberries, mint leaves, simple sugar syrup, ice and prosecco.

WHAT GLASSWARE DO I NEED FOR A RASPBERRY FIZZ?

Our preference for this cocktail is a good sized highball glass.

HOW DO I MAKE A RASPBERRY FIZZ?

This wonderful cocktail is easy to make!

Add the fresh raspberries and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add ice, 50ml of gin and 10ml of simple sugar syrup and shake until cold. Pour into your glass and then top with prosecco. Garnish with some fresh raspberries and a mint leaf.

WHAT GIN DO YOU RECOMMENDED TO MAKE A RASPBERRY FIZZ?

A fruiter based gin is the best gin to use for this cocktail.
