MARTINI

The Martini is a classic cocktail that can be made in numerous ways. It has become synonymous with James Bond and his 'Vodka Martini - shaken not stirred' but has always been a gin cocktail. If you ask for a Martini at a bar, it will always be served with gin unless you ask for it with vodka. Despite the fact it is made from just 2 ingredients, it can be made in a multitude of ways. We'll just tell you our favourite way but feel free to experiment!

WHAT GIN DO YOU RECOMMENDED TO MAKE A MARTINI?

A classic London Dry gin is the best gin to use for a Martini.

We recommend our Stockport Gin Original Edition for this cocktail. It works perfectly as it is a London Dry Gin distilled with lemon and orange peel and is an incredibly smooth gin, meaning it works well in a Martini as it has so few ingredients.
