To make this iconic gin cocktail, you'll need some gin (obviously!), fresh limes, simple sugar syrup and ice.

A Gimlet is traditionally served in a Martini or Coupe glass.

HOW DO I MAKE A GIMLET?

This delicious citrus based cocktail is easy to make!

Add ice to your cocktail shaker along with 50ml of gin, 25ml of freshly squeezed lime juice and 12.5ml of simple sugar syrup. Shake well until cold and strain into your glass. Garnish with a wheel of lime to finish it off.

WHAT GIN DO YOU RECOMMENDED TO MAKE A GIMLET?

A citrus based London Dry gin is the best gin to use for this cocktail.
